Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Namaste Dubai, we understand that sometimes travel plans change. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we have outlined our Cancellation and Refund Policy below. Please read through carefully.
1. General Terms
- Cancellation Request: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to connect@namastedubai.org.
- Processing Time: Cancellation requests will be processed within 7 business days. Once the request is processed, you will receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
- Non-Transferable: All bookings are non-transferable. If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, you must cancel the original booking and make a new one.
2. Cancellation Fees
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will incur a fee of 5% of the total booking cost.
- Late Cancellations: For cancellations made within 5 days of the travel date, a fee of 10 % of the total booking cost will be charged.
- No-Show: If you do not show up on the scheduled date or fail to cancel before the start of your trip, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed if the cancellation is made within the specified period and the terms mentioned at the time of providing the quotation.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of booking (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: If services have already been rendered (e.g., booking fees, tour fees), these will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
- Non-refundable Fees: Some services such as visa assistance, special arrangements, and third-party services may not be refundable. These details will be specified at the time of booking.
4. Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will offer either a refund or the option to reschedule your trip, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Health and Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen health conditions that prevent travel, we may offer a partial refund or rescheduling options upon receipt of supporting documents (e.g., doctor’s note).
5. Modifications to the Policy
- Changes to the Policy: Namaste Dubai reserves the right to update and modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all new bookings made after the update date.
